Food Stuff

well, I have to say I really enjoyed myself on Sunday, I spent the morning making a batch of frezzer jam. While it was not as good as it would have been with fresh local strawberries back in Oregon, it was pretty darn good and very satisfying. The kids enjoyed themselves as well, getting to smoosh (yes that is a technical cooking term for those of you in doubt!) the strawberries with a potato masher and then afterwards with the fingers.

So, here is what our day looked like.
